Thank you to everyone who joined our Cosmic Community Dinner at Caravan of Dreams. The conversations, connections, and spirit in that room were exactly what this space was meant to hold.
One thread kept surfacing: we are in a different moment entirely. When we started, climate was mainstream and psychedelics were stigmatized. Now that has flipped - psychedelics are having a policy moment while climate action faces its steepest headwinds yet. Which makes what we do matter more than ever.
Climate Week NYC will be here before we know it. This year we want to channel collective energy into action that matters now. We're shaping what that looks like and would love your ideas - just hit reply.

Rooftop Reciprocity: An Urban Gardening Lab
What does it look like to slow down and build a relationship with the living things around you — in a city built on speed and extraction? Join Lauren Sadowsky (Horticultural Society of NY) for an afternoon that's part workshop, part tea ceremony, part meditation, and part getting your hands in the dirt. We'll learn the properties and histories of five herbs, taste some herbal tea, then head up to the rooftop to turn neglected planters into tiny herbal gardens.

GALILEA: The Brooklyn Gathering 6/25
Tonight, GALILEA is hosting an intimate gathering in Brooklyn for 20 clinicians, researchers, founders, facilitators, and policy makers who are serious about the future of women's health. The evening brings together people working at the intersection of hormone health, cyclical intelligence, and psychedelic-informed care for a real conversation, not a panel. It includes a live recording of The Holistic Pharmacy Podcast with neuropharmacologist Stephanie Karzon Abrams, an open Q&A, and closes with a group vibroacoustic sound journey on a giant sound bed led by House of Blue Lotus. Every person in the room contributes a clinical question, and what emerges becomes the GALILEA Field Dispatch, a published resource that will shape their education and research agenda for the year ahead. Costa Rica: Transformative Week of Movement, Healing & Connection 7/11-18
July 11-18 - Costa Rica Retreat with Joey Greiner - Traya, Nosara
An intentional week in Nosara weaving Ayurveda, yoga, mixed martial arts, pranayama, and three optional nights of ceremony guided by Taita Jaime (Abuelo), an elder from the Colombian tradition. Led by UFC veterans Jonathan Brookins and Alex Caceres, whose decades in martial arts and contemplative practice shape a unique approach to movement as a path inward.
