New Year Invites - Let's Reset
Dear friends,
We’re excited to share that PSYCA is joining RESET: Fearless Future as a community partner—an alcohol-free, dance gathering that aligns with our shared values of connection, imagination, and collective care.
What’s YOUR New Year’s Revolution?
On Friday, January 2, 8pm - 3am, we’re not just welcoming a New Year, we’re practicing what it feels like to step into a future rooted in courage, creativity, and hope—we sure need it right now!
Hosted by The Psychedelic Assembly, RESET is a two-level immersive experience designed to help us release fear, reconnect with our bodies, and remember what becomes possible when people come together with intention. Inspired by solarpunk visions, optimistic retro-futurism, and the radical belief that our collective future can still be beautiful as we enter 2026.
As part of our presence, PSYCA is thrilled to collaborate with artist Katya Goltseva, who will be live-painting throughout the evening and inviting participants to co-create—offering a shared canvas to express visions for 2026 and beyond.
This participatory art experience reflects PSYCA’s belief that imagination is a regenerative act, and that cultural change begins with how we envision the future together. We’d love to see you there!
Official PSYCA members will receive a discount code separately.

D.C. Jan. 14, Capitol Hill: For Veterans, Society & Us All - Legislators & Leaders Gather at the Capitol to Advocate for Veteran Access to Psychedelic Therapies
As Congress reconvenes in January, a bipartisan group of lawmakers, clinicians, and veterans will gather on Capitol Hill to press for meaningful reform in how the U.S. cares for veterans facing PTSD, traumatic brain injury, depression, addiction, and chronic pain. On January 14, leaders including Rep. Lou Correa (D-CA), Rep. Morgan Luttrell (R-TX), and veteran advocates from Mission Within Foundation, CEO Jay Kopelman, and Founder Martín Polanco, MD, and the Psychedelic Medicine Coalition’s Melissa Lavasani, will call for momentum behind the Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence Act—legislation that would establish dedicated VA centers to responsibly evaluate and deliver emerging mental health treatments, including psychedelic-assisted therapies.
Why this matters: an estimated 20 - 40 veterans die by suicide each day, and many are still forced to seek care outside regulated systems due to limited options within the VA. This event comes amid growing bipartisan attention to veteran mental health and recent federal investments in advanced mental and behavioral health research, including psychedelics. As a community exploring the intersection of consciousness, healing, and systemic change, PSYCA is proud to help amplify this moment—where inner healing meets public policy, and where evidence-based innovation has the potential to transform care for those who have served.
