Call for Support + Upcoming Events: NYC, MIA, DEN & Global
Dear friends and colleagues,
Climate Week NYC is around the corner, and our landmark event’s theme this year will be “Climate Consciousness.”
Call for Support!
Climate Consciousness Week will have a format similar to last year’s gathering, which engaged our 13,000-person community, united 400 people in NYC, featured 30 inspiring speakers, offered a track of 12 climate-conscious events, and resulted in global media. With all solutions available, why are we in a crisis? We believe a consciousness shift is in order, and we welcome values-aligned sponsors and donors who want to get involved—reply to learn more or set up a time to connect.
In the meantime, here are your invites & news, online globally and in select cities—if you’re interested in getting involved, please also don’t hesitate to reply!
Thank you to DoubleBlind and The New Health Club for highlighting our work.
The mainstream is increasingly awakening to the deepening climate crisis—and the need for resilience tools. This week, DoubleBlind’s Mattha Busby published Can Psychedelics Help Us Cope with Climate Collapse? featuring the powerful story of ecologist Rachael Petersen, who turned to psilocybin to help navigate existential depression linked to environmental grief.
We're honored to be quoted in the piece, sharing reflections on the tension between spiritual acceptance and transforming eco-anxiety into meaningful action.
It was a joy to join Anne Philippi on The New Health Club podcast to explore themes close to my heart: consciousness, psychedelics, and climate. We talked about how psychedelics can foster a deeper connection to the natural world, help ease eco-anxiety, and activate climate action rooted in compassion and interconnectedness.
We also delved into the rise of eco-anxiety, how psychedelic experiences can expand environmental empathy, and the role of youth-led movements like Fridays for Future. From the power of community to localized solutions and the healing of collective grief, it was a rich and meaningful conversation. 🎧 Listen to the full episode for more.
